How to Deal With a Bad Neighbor

Many times, can be great neighbors to have when living in a residential community. You can often sign for a package of water your plants, and check your e-mail when you are away - and who knows, maybe even become friends.

If you are one of the few that has to do with an annoying neighbor, you know, it's not a nice thing - and he or she can really get under your skin. But with an annoying neighbor does not mean you have to leave your apartment. Fortunately, there are many ways to effectively address the situation:

Talk to your neighbors - This should be done before anything else. Find a time to talk to neighbors, but not to think but to fight. Instead, consider a friendly chat, where you can get your feelings openly.

Here's an example: Suppose you lived in your home for a few months and suddenly you hear loud music through the wall - but not just once, it happens at least once every few days. Instead of automatically assuming that your neighbor will disturb you, just let them know that loud music, bothering you and ask if they could be a few notches. Who knows, can not even know they are the walls that thin!

We hope that your neighbor is willing to listen to your complaints. If not, you need to move to the next step ...

Talk to your landlord - as tenants of an apartment, you have the right to live constantly disturbed. However, the additional noise in an apartment also comes with the territory. There is no way to live in a large apartment community is so peaceful, as if you live in your own home in the suburbs.

However, if your neighbor makes too much noise and disturbance, and what else you have tried to reason with them, it may be time, approach your landlord. When we talk with them about too much noise, if your apartment complex has a noise ordinance or designated quiet time. If not, it may suggest something to your landlord. Otherwise, your landlord must speak directly to your neighbors.

Take things personally - if you talked to your neighbors and the owner, but not everything can clarify a few things you can do to fight against noise:

Buy a fan or dehumidifier - These devices can not only ensure your comfort, but it can also drown you hear. Target, Home Depot and similar stores carry a variety of attractive, high quality fans and dehumidifiers.

New white noise - white noise machines have become increasingly popular in recent years to help as a tool for people to sleep. Try playing with the purchase of a machine or a CD, relaxing sounds such as rushing water or the sea

Wear ear plugs - they are surprisingly comfortable and a good way to block noise. You can use it only for a few dollars to buy at your local supermarket or in a place like Wal-Mart and Target.
